In a highly interactive, adult learning format, Customer Focused Selling™(CFS™) provides all the core competencies needed for effective consultative selling—with special emphasis on the particular areas shown by the Sales Skills Assessment Tool™(SSAT™) to need improvement.

The training is uniquely designed to be used every day, not memorized. For every skill taught, there’s an immediate application to a real-world business situation the participants are facing. They can see the applicability for themselves, and they come away from the program enthusiastic and ready to put the new learning into action with their own customers and prospects.

Your SSAT™ analysis gives you a solid understanding of where your team stands—and where they need to go. In CFS™, they’ll gain the specific knowledge and skills they need to consistently achieve better sales results.

Our team of global consultants provides expert instructor-led facilitation to your sales force. The program contains a full course workbook that serves as a guide for participants and an action plan for implementation.

There is a one day or two day training option format. The one day option includes the full CFS™ curriculum. The two day option includes the full curriculum, additional practice scenarios, extensive role play and a 'deeper dive' into the core elements of consultative selling.
